高温煅烧炉外框采用型钢和钢板制作，工作室内壁采用耐热钢板或耐热不锈钢制造，外壳与工作室之间填充优质硅酸铝棉隔热保温，不锈钢“U”型电热管安装在炉内壁两侧，顶部设有可调节排气口，炉内根据用户需要配置工件搁架。
本厂配套提供组件拆卸台、组装台，并有顶式和液压供选择，特殊要求可代为设计制造。
