应用范围
云母加热器适用于注塑机料管和挤出机模具的加热。
结构
云母加热器采用Ni80Cr20电阻丝缠绕在云母绝缘片上，整个加热体重量轻、体积小。金属外壳采用不锈钢板或镀铝钢板制作。
技术参数
云母加热器平均工作温度可达350℃,功率密度<4W/cm2。
电源接线方式
1.插头式接线(*大20A)；
2.接线盒式接线(可多相固定连接)；
3.高温线引出式接线(屏蔽耐热纯镍导线)。
Application
It is applied to heating injection molding machine tube and extruding machine mold.
Structure
It adopts Ni80Cr20 resistance wire to twine around mica insulation sheet, making the heating body light and small. Metal shell is made of stainless steel plate or galvanized steel plate.
Technical Parameter
The average working temperature is up to 350℃. The power density is less than 4W/cm2.

1.Plug type wiring: maximum 20A;
2.Junction box type wiring: multiphase fixed connection for option;
3. High temperature line lead-out type wiring: shielding heat-resistant pure nickel wire.
